Chatrad Few Extra Especially Chatroulette Like;

Chatrad was launched in May 2013 and although it does not have as many members as other sites, it allows you to set up a few good links using the site.

There are a few nice features like chatting with your site, fast uploading. Chatrad is available in English and I see that there are no different languages that users can choose from.

This site has recently launched and has been among the top 20 sites like Chatroulette yet, but it's still not in the top 100 in the Alexa rank, but it seems to be getting there soon enough.

The site is promising and within a few months I think it will be a serious competitor among the top video players in the video chat industry.
